Honda city 2005 fuel average problem

Hi everyone. I own honda city 2005.bought it recently.i am facing fuel average prob.as my average is 10-12. Engine is changed.i have changed coils (using qabli) spark plugs changed using qabli 4 are denso iradium, 4 are non iradium, changed fuel pump (qabli).
Changed my fuel station. But still the average is same. Can someone guide about the problem.mechanic has checked my car properly and found not single error or code on the scanner.
I usually drive slow and my most trips are not more than 6 km.

Seems its to early to worry about.
Most of the mid-sedans gives the same fuel average of 10-12 km/l
Fuel average readings are never accurate for the shorter trips.

Thanks for the advice sir..i missed 1 point yesterday.actually when i release the accelerator in 1st or 2nd gear my car give jerks and the jerks are not the normal ones.
Sometime i feel that at a constant race my car acceleration changes like i feel missing sometimes.
