Honda City 1.5 Aspire Prosmatec vs Honda Civic Rebirth vs Toyota Altis 1.6

Hi all
I am from Lahore and want to buy my first car and I am confused between four cars as I will lease my car from bank and my budget is maximum 43lacs.
My preferences are fuel efficient, reliable, less maintainable, easily spare parts availibility, good resale and comfortable car.
I have four options:
1. Honda City 1.5 Aspire Prosmatec (2017-2020)
2. Honda Civic VTI Oriel Prosmatec (Rebirth) (2014-2016)
3. Honda City 1.3 Prosmatec (2018-2021)
4. Toyota Altis 1.6 auto (2016-2018)

I want a long term car and want to make decision for long term at least 5 years. Which car is more suitable for me as per preferences
Personally I like Rebirth features as I think its a full package and secondly I have heard that its sensitive car as compared to other options. And its parts are expensive and fuel average is also upto 11km/l in city.
And some of the toyota owners tell me about Altis as its more reliable and durable car as compared to City and Civic. But on the other hand its fuel average reviews are mixed like 9-11km/l in city.
When I have researched about City 1.3 Prosmatec, its average is around 9-10km/l maximum within city.
Similarly for Aspire City 1.5 Prosmatec, its average is around 9-13km/l.
I am stucked between these cars and what will you suggest me according to current situation which is more better option for me with almost full package and which will be best for leasing.

Get a company maintained city aspire 1.5 prosmatec. Altis will be rough used. City 1.3 is underpowered in prosmatec and to be avoided. Rebirth shayad Saaf miljai ager Mili to theik warna hard pass iska hissa aur suspension ka kaam mehnga. City 1.5 mein power bhe decent hai bhe relatively new aur fuel average bhe theek hai

As per your preferences. Get 1.3 city eyes closed and you will get best package deal.

City 1.3 will give better fuel economy within city where you face frequent traffic jams. 1.5 will have better fuel economy on long.

Keeping your requirements in view, my suggestion would be in following order

1- Civic Rebirth
2- Toyota Altis 1.6
3- City 1.5 Prosmatec
4- City 1.3 Prosmatec (Avoid that unless you can live with a manual City which gives very good fuel economy)

If you priority is only fuel economy then go for Honda City 1.3 manual.

From your list civic rebirth have best fuel economy.
Then comes Altis 1.6 and 1.5 city, almost equal in city, on Motorway, 1.5 will give slightly better, but comfort is better in 1.6 for sure.
Last one is the list of fuel economy is city 1.3 prosmatec.

Thanks for your suggestions brother. Just need to know about the parts prices, how much % the difference is between City and Altis parts as I have heard that Honda parts are expensive as compared to Corolla. Because I am a mid-range salaried person need to have a balanced car that will provide me comfort, a good fuel average within the city, and parts prices.

If you go to stealership or buy genuine parts then parts prices are almost same. One benefit with Toyota is aftermarket cheap options are plenty and Toyota can handle cheap parts better than Honda.

Rest Unfortunately no one would be able to do a market analysis for you and calculate %. I can understand cars are big investment for middle class people like us, but you cannot calculate to pennies and perfections.

In general if one is worried about reliability, cheap parts and service, Toyotas are better option.

Thanks bro for your suggestions. I will find Rebirth first then City 1.5 Aspire PT / Toyota Altis 1.6 less used with maximum mileage of 80k km because my budget is 40lacs and want to use for long term.

Avoid rebirth as it would be 10 years old. It is not fuel efficient in city drive but perform good on long route .

Altus 1.6 has worst fuel economy in all these options.

City is better but not with less features

Altis 1.6 all the way. My experience has been very good. Its fuel efficient (11-13kmpl) in city even in traffic. Reliable, spare parts are readily available in dealerships and market readily unlike honda. They aren't cheap by any stretch but you get what you pay for in terms of durable, quality parts, theres a reason it lasts so long. More comfortable, better build quality, better equipped dealerships in karachi atleast. Boring but headache free car. Will comfortably get you to and from places without unexpected kharchay.

and the city aspire 1.5 auto has really bad fuel economy.

All three cars in your options average around 8 to 12 kmpl depending on your driving styles and route.

For your money a good 2019/2020 1.5 Standard City AT driven under 30k should be an easy find in under 3.5 to 3.8 million easily.

If you want a bigger better car compromise 1 kmpl on fuel economy Corolla 1.6 hands down.

I bot a city aspire in 2022, when Corolla 1.6 was only 2.5 lack more pricier then City aspire.

Today Corolla 1.6 CVT is 12 lack 50 thousand more pricier then a City Aspire.

The most upper model car you can get is a City. Most durable, cheap to maintain you can get is a Corolla.

Maybe you can even find a new City 1.2 in your price range (2021/2022).

And if your only concern is fuel economy, get a Suzuki Cultus does upto 15 kmpl in City.

Thanks brother. But I dont want to go in Suzuki. Instead of Ciaz i like new Swift GL CVT with latest features but its not reliable car and its parts are also short even at dealership and its maintenance is more costly than Sedan.
