Honda CG125 Deluxe Headlight

Hello guys,

Apologies if this is the wrong section to ask this, please move it if it is not.

I have a CG125 deluxe, and I noticed that on normal beam a headlight bulb stopped working. On high beam, i believe all bulbs come on, and it is better, but a normal beam, there is hardly any light.

Anyone knoe how many bulbs are installed in the headlight assembly? Is it three bulbs? Two?

I am unable to find this information in the manual.

Would really appreciate information on the number of bulbs, the wattage of the bulbs and price for replacement bulbs.

i am sorry brother but i did not understand what you are asking
and which bulbs you are talking about honda deluxe headlight has on bigger bulb
which has two points one is low beam other is high beam and there is separate small bulb
which is known as parking bulb

if your headlight is running only on one point either high or low beam than
you need to change bulb mostly its because of bulb i have two time faced this kinda issue
first when i had deluxe faced this issue mechanic was saying there is something wrong with button
but it was not button it was bulb problem so changed bulb and light started working on both high and low beam
very exactly same issue faced recently in pridor and changed bulb and issue gone

Open the manual and read it carefully bro and you will get all the answers to your questions or go to Honda dealers and ask for deluxe bulb and walah problem solved

bro its 35 watt bulb don't remember cost but it is not very expensive

it's cost around 130

@mirr can be a battery issue aswell..If you bike is in warranty you can get a free replacement..otherwise bulb replacement is cheap..

The bulb doesn't run off the battery, but the alternator if I recall correctly? And it wouldn't explain why the bulb works on one setting, but not the other.

I can only see a switch issue or the bulb. Have to take it to the dealer I got it from.
