Honda Cg125 Black Carbon deposits on Spark Plug!

I opened the spark plug and saw a lot of black carbon deposit on spark plug tip and a dark brown color away from tip.

I thought may be the filter is clogged i opened it, oil in filter was kindof freezed with cold, so i washed it with fuel and put it back without applying oil. I opened the carb and cleaned it as well.

But the spark plug is still in black color and i dont think thats its mixture setting problem because it has been running on same mixture setting since long and the plug color was nice tan brown on this mixture setting.

Byke is about 1 year old. ( With this kind of deposits inside engine it will start loosing it performance fast and engine will be gone in a year.)

plz suggest what should i do to make the plug color brown again ?

any smoke? by the way engine seems to be fine.....looks like rich mixture.

no smoke and i haven't touched the mixture it was giving brown plug on this mixture setting since a year.

Also it starts on choak

mark the settings and re-adjust the mixture

I checked mixture it is at perfect setting bec turning in or out decreases the rpm.

plug is dry black What reason it could be !

Continually accelerate the bike at any rpm.
If black smokes comes then it's mixture fault.

I have checked nothing is comming out of exhaust.
I used it without filter still too rich.
I suspect high fuel level in bowl but this float and pin has no addjustment .?

It evaporated a bit but was higher than màrks

Can be adjusted if it's made up of metal.
Looks ok to me.
Open up the screws of mixture and clean the carb. Between current is ok? And missing issues or cold starting issue?

Actually the float is made up of plastic and that pin can not be adjusted.
I have cleaned carb 2 times, it was already fine.

no missing issue but yes cold start, It always starts on choak.

Should i reset the tappets or ignition timing (cdi) ?

With temperature going down air is cold and dense now just lean out fuel mixture a bit and your bike will be fine

This point comes in my mind but, dense air means more oxygen, you can add more fuel in same amount of air so actually it gets lean with dense air then rich.

for info now in summers it wants to ideal at 3 to 3.5 turns out instead of 2.5 turns which was in summers..

I will try leaning it further and to 1.5 to 2 turns but plug is so black it is hardly going to make any difference.

Also i have another carb which i bought brand new i will try it, that one has an adjustable float so i might interchange the float and experiment a bit.

Mixture depends upon external air pressure means environment.

So i think cumbustion chamber is fine and it is carb problem ?

Float valve causes petrol to come out while driving even if slight adjustment is needed.

Already told you and that plug doesn't look right. Pin is too close.
