Honda cg 125 engine sound

aoa i have a honda cg 125 2011 model.using it from 2013.the problem i am facing now is the sound of engine (tik tik) which is loud .exhuaust sound is cracking but the engine sound spoils it .is there any solution or possible reasons for that sound.

moreover it started vibrating alot after speed of 60 and after 4th gear it seemed that it requires a 5th gear .so i changed the sprocket with 16 no.now vibration is very less but the pick has reduced and the speed donot cross 90s

Tappets issue check it might need replacement or adjustment.

Check current for leakage ....start the bike in dark and check for current leakage.....if no leakage then check tappets and push rods ....if those are fine then engine would be opened for connecting road play or piston slap

i have changed the piston about a month ago.and got the tappets a bit tighter as it was told by my mechanic but still not working..Any random guess about the total cost of this tuning ?

What,s plug condition..must it will be blackish..carb mixture will be extra open close it 180 degree clock wise 1,2 turn then check for vibrations..for tik tik sound intake tappet will be loose..check both tappets valve clearance on dead cold engine then adjust them on company specification
