Help required - Honda civic x navigation system after reset

Asalam O Alykum dear brothers. I recently purchased new civic with navigation system. Navigation system was using TW maps which were not as good as Google maps. Google maps were installed but were not working even after upgrading.. So i finally thought to reset the android tablet..
After reset it didn't restore to its last state. So many icons went missing included google play. Now i am unable to install any thing.
If some can help me out in resolving the issue.

Did you contact TW? Unit is in warranty so no need to fiddle with it till warranty expires.

How did you restart? There is a small hole on side which basically restart unit to factory settings . You may like to take it to Honda dealership to get it sorted out

Yes i got it solved.. Go to car settings and use code 7253 to unlock options.. Check on third party apps. New update of software is also available with honda dealership.. You can also get it updated.

I can’t see the option to use the code 7253. Car setting only has factory data reset options which does the same as you experienced. Navigation gone and no google play icon.

go to car settings =
on rhe extreme left bottom hit system =
go to the Factory settings on the top right corner =
enter "Factory Setting" Code 7253=
goto Other app tools and check all boxes
all done enjoy!

Please help me I'm facing an issue. No App is working in my navigation, I bought a used civic 2021, I see that it shows 1.25 GB Total memory while with explorer it shows remaining as SD Card. I'm not able to install more apps. can you please help? how to fix it?
