headlights can be changed but you have to change the hood, fenders and the bumpers for that. don't know about the cost but it can be done easily. a friend of mine had a 2001 model civic converted to 2006 from the exterior
Everything is possible. Well genuine lights will cost around 8-10k hood dnt knw much but hav an estimate of 10k from spare parts shop guy fenders for another 6-8k and bumper easy 6k. Prices vary from shop to shop if buying 2nd hand kabli stuff but chances are u might get the exact colour of ur car so no issue of paint later rest its a wild guess aftr xploring a few shops in chaah sultan for my 03 civic lahore prices may differ
