Headlamps reflector redone?

Hi, as the title states, i m looking to redo the chrome on headlamps reflectors. I know guys here they only do (nikkal) on metal parts. But these reflectors are off plastic. Light repair guys simply do chrome spray paint which is a just a better version of silver paint. Any one can help?
Reflectors are in bad nick they need new chrome job. Restore stage has gone now.
Any suggestions on it? Or if any one in other city can do this job for me.

There is a chrome paper/sticker available in the market but I m not sure if the paper can sustain the heat.this was a big chart 2*2ft that I bought for 100 rupees from saddar rawalpindi.you can find this from decoration shops

Cant the reflectors be changed? I had the OEM headlight (civic eg) reflectors replaced with polished reflector. These light walas dont charge much. They dismantle the headlight, and simply replace the reflector. The old one they repair one way or the other and then put them on sale.

sticker is good idea but heat can cause them to burn. some how i managed to install the foil paper on up and down side of light, but still not worth it!

well oem one can be replaced with new headlamps, easily available. but the one i have is not available any where. so restoring that vintage part is a mystery.

re chrome is possible, however it is cheaper and less work to just buy new lights

from where?? suggest the location or any guy u know how can do it?

is it possible to have someone remake the reflector in aluminium? then it can be chrome plated. That would be a strong solution.

Otherwise plastic chrome plating can also be done. You may need to visit local market to find out who does this. Bike wali shops might help who are involved in chrome plating the silencers and shocks.

I had the rusted exhaust manifold cover chromed for i think Rs. 600. The outcome would have been better had the cover not been rusted.

Yea those things are known as nikkal, i also done some chrome job on headers and bike stuff. But they don't deal in plastic parts. Let's see i might try to fit bike chrome housing in that area, if no solution found
