Having problems with gear shifts in Suzuki swift and need a good mechanic and body shop(karachi)

Assalam walakum, guys I own a swift DLX 1.3 (2012) and recently I have been facing some problems regarding my car's gear shift. When I shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear and start accelerating the gear will pop out and become neutral recently I changed the gear oil and the car has 104000 km. I hope everyone will contribute their knowledge and help me out, another thing if anyone knows about a good mechanic and body shop in Karachi I will be very grateful if anyone lets me know about them as well.

Wailaikum Assalam.
A bad Shifting fork or it's assembly can cause gear to pop out.

Thanks, sir if you know about any good mechanic and body shop in Karachi so let me know because a mechanic before we had the swift just ripped me off badly and then he sold me a broken Suzuki cutlus.Since we got the swift then I just went to the dealer and they charge high prices I hope you or anyone else can help me.
