If u want the best drive experience, the only option out of these is civic. Steering racks did face issues, i also replaced mine but it was easy in warranty and the new part number is published by Honda to fix this permanently. Anyways, no one know but that' least bothering as warranty and even in QC situation it can changed. No biggie and not cars will have it. Power, handling is best in almost all PKDMS as of today plus u have infinite plug-and-play options to upgrade power by upto 30% easily. We can discuss whole day on this part. BTW steering mess up is not new... Since Reborn, we have seen issues but it never bothered any buyer as mostly the drive remained the best in class, for someone who wants aggessive option.
I hate the 2 airbags though.
Sportage is as reliable but now old and remember, Sportage has AC claims just like civic Steering and pretty good numbers.. again, claimable in warranty.. not a problem. If you dont mind and obselete model, and use is just family, Sportage and Tuscon both are fine. X7 is good too.
Julion has DCT and DCT has been a nightmare overall so far. MG, faced issues, some cases of X7 were reported too. Alsvin has countless DCT issues already. Recently saw a Tiggo as well. If u want crossover, Haval h6 is a good option.. atleast its responsive than Julion.
All details related to steering were shared by me in main thread and i can provide all details if needed in person. Issues can come and Honda japan should be slapped on face to have same problem in all gens.
