I got an experience of GTA 3(Liberty city), GTA VC(Vice city) and GTA San Andreas.
GTA 3:-
The game basically featured a gangster with moderate violence(As Compared with VC and Sanandreas),minimized use of bad language(expect 4 some missions) and a display that will not make your family think it as a bad game.Game also featured a bad person but who was nothing in front of Tommy and CJ who just fills your mind with worst effects that r hard to forget or to stop thinking about.I classify them as follow:-

1 .Language best
2 .Display (for family view) best
3 .Character bad but better
4 .Facilities Transport cars(no variety but Acceptable),bikes(Not even a single) ,boats(good) and aeroplanes/Heli(Bad),Train(gud).Over all transport poor as compared with VC and sanandreas.
5 .graphics poorest(as compare with VC and Sanandreas)
7 .City (Hard to remember paths but good)
8 .Difficulty Hard(some missions were seemed impossible without cheats)

1 .Language better not that bad.
2 .Display(family view) (very very bad).
3 .Character (very bad)
4 .facilities cars(gud variety),bikes(gud variety),aeroplanes/heli(better),Boats(gud),Train(vanished)
5 .Graphics (good and pleasant)
6 .city (best good looking pleasant easy to remember paths)
7 .difficulty(not that hard)

1 .Language(worst i dnt think can be more than that!)
2 .Display(Worst worst worst not at all a family game)
3 .character (worst than anyone)
4 .facilities cars(best),bikes(best),aeroplanes/heli(best),boats(didnt impressed me),train(u can drive one also)
5 .Graphics(best)
6 .city(hard to remember paths,not much pleasant but realism is the best)
7 .difficulty(very hard than even the third part)

For a comparitively decent game GTA 3 is the best
For a an easy game with gud adventure GTA VC is the best.
For a game featuring bad display,language and a character, hard to forget about,Sanandreas is on top.

GTA 3 is my favorite because i like comparatively decent games more.
STOP PLAYING SANANDREAS AND START PLAYING GTA 3 TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM AN UNFORGETTABLE BAD CHARACTER EXPERIANCE.
