I have Grande(1.8) 2015.

I want to change tyres. Currently I'm using 205/65/15. I'm thinking reducing size to 195/65/15.

I want to ask will it give better fuel economy and is it fine to drive on Highway at speed of 150km/h with 195/65/15?

Can you please suggest me that which tyre I should use based on my requirement?

Sir stick to the OEMs. If u want best comfort and economy then its continental cc6 or yokohama advan db in 195 65 15.

I would personally go for continental comfort contact 6

Don’t go for Dunlops, choose between Yokohama and Michelin. There’s no harm in using 205 size tire.

Go for either continental, michelin or yokohama in the 195 65 15 stock tire size. The fuel average difference will be marginal over 205s. And please be careful. Don't go over the speed limit. They're there for a reason. Better late than never.

Yes u may go with those but depends on ur requirement. 195 or 205. Yokohama or continental will give u the best comfort and less noise.

195/65 R15 continental cc6 only.
Tyres are V rated which means they can go at speed of 240km/h and sustain it easily. 91 is their load rating.

If you can find 205/60 R15 than it’s also the best size for your car

i have personally used many tires, and found dunlop be the best...secondly the shop owners them self told me that all tires are comming from china like advan db and then sold here as japanese...so we are not sure

secondly, 195 is great, but oem should be best....

pakistani cars wont give much milleage....go for japanese cars and then you can gain more milleage by making modifications...

i have personaly tried many efforts in different cars but all failed in pakistani cars...

so dont rely on tyres for getting good milleage...get a hybrid...or simple jdm...

when you are paying a good amount for tyres, pls verify that you are buying fresh imported tyres.

pls ask shopkeeper to show you fresh bill of entry for that brand. all importer provide fresh bill of entry to shopkeepers for each lot. shopkeepers whho are trying to sell you cheap smuggled tyres at the prie of imported tyres will make 100 excuses for not showing you bill of entry.

I own 2016 corolla altis 1.8cvti, this car is with me from day one 24th May 2016

Fuel economy figures are following

City 11-13km/l
Highway 100km/h 17-18km/l
Motorway 120km/h cruise on 15.5-16.5km/l
if you don’t believe than check my thread

Tyres used till now are following
Yokohama advan db 12k kms
Continental cpc5 30k kms
Otani ek 1000 (test tyre) 17k kms till now (you won’t find this in market)
How much more you want from a naturally aspirated pkdm? What pkdm you were driving in past?

Moreover, yokohama authorised importer in Pakistan is sheikh brothers, find authentic dealer and get a tyre with sheikh brothers stamp on it. There are authorised dealer of continental tyrepoint thokar niaz baig, and even bridgestone autoexpress jain mandir chowk Lahore.
I admire your love for jdm hybrids and dunlop, but that doesn’t mean you should post something you haven’t tried yet.

hahah sorry to interrupt....actually i mostly use jdm cars...and these figures are quite low as per my experiences...

most of the cars i used, they surely give 14+ local....

if local cars give 11+ then its good...
