Glowing needles

hi guys m working on my DIY but need some guidance from u guys, as the title say, glowing needles, m working on my 95 civic meter/cluster, everything done but stuck in one place that is GLOWING/TRANSPARENT/CRYSTAL needles, is there is any way to make my current needle crystal or any place in lahore where i can get transparent needles which can fit in it? or is there is any way to make them transparent?

bro there are alot of needles available, and universal, best is to open your meter, carefully pull needles and just remember the needles holes means us ke pin, and same like that,
