Getting the car repainted (china ka paint vs ICI Paint)

Hello guys
Recently, I decided to get my car repainted. The car is originally Metallic Green color.
While I was searching for a good painter, I came across some car painters who gave me 2 types of paint estimates
The first one using good quality ICI paint
And
The second one using china paint

There is a significant difference of price between the two estimates

Guys, kindly guide me that what are the advantages / disadvantages in each case. Since there is alot of price difference...
If I go for china wala paint, I am surely saving a handsome amount, but what are disadvantages of this paint

Spend some more money & get a branded paint as it lasts longer, the finish is more glossy. Metallic paints have flakes in them, the more clearer the gloss is, the more the colour pops out. We went for NEXA when we got our charade 89 painted & the finish was amazing. Although it wasn't a bake plant paintjob, still the colour turned out to be really good. Apart from the advantages of a good quality paint,
I was more interested to know the disadvantages that I may expect from the china wala paint.
The painter was consistently saying that If I am planning to sell the car, I may opt for the cheaper paint job...
What type of output should I expect from the china wala paint??

Pori gari py ici ka paint 3k ka lagta hai so painter sy kahein sharam kry(assuming from the way you are saying difference is really high)

A cheap finish will tell you better that you've wasted your money for a slight difference. Even if you're planning on selling the car, give the buyer a good reason for buying your car instead of giving him a reason for rejecting it

If I were you, I would go for the better option or else leave it as is ....

if you are putting money, time and hassle into it, at least it should be worth the results.

Very nicely put. What the mechanic is suggesting makes sense if you put yourself in his shoes. You are an educated man. Decide for yourself.

Ask your mechanic that you will purchase your own paint from outside... He just need to do the labor. Then see what he quotes
