Fuel tank liner in Pakistan?

Hi, I am trying to service my gs500 tank, it has a decent amount of internal rust that needs to be cleaned out, I found a denter and painter on circular road rawalpindi who has qouted me 9000 for complete restoration of the tank, this involves cleaning out the insides removing all rust, removing outer paint and giving it a fresh coat of paint.

What I want to know is where can I find fuel tank liner like https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/kreem-fuel-tank-liner-combo-pack in Pakistan? I dont want to risk the fuel tank getting rusty again which is why I am looking for a fuel tank lining product,

Is it leaking? Of not yet, then keep it running.

BTW do you know what is the cost of new fuel tank ?
I guess it would be far better solution to replace it with new fuel tank instead of repairing the old one. Because there is extreme kind of Bud Dua to these fuel tanks of bikes in PK. Once they start leaking, they never stop. You apply magic, you apply super adhesive, or you do a Kala Jadoo on it. But leaks will never stop. So better to replace it.

Any oldschool motorcycle painter in my old city of khi can coat the inside of a bike fuel tank, it was a full 2 day job though.

So these mechanics actually had old beat up and dented spare fuel tanks to install on your own bike so you could keep the bike running.

what kind of material they use ? And what procedure they follow. Do they dismantle the base of the tank and re-attach with spot weld or something similar? or all operation is conducted through the upper fuel hole ?

here in Lahore, i've seen people using many different techniques, but all these solutions never last longer

The coat was a 2 part epoxy sprayed as liquid and everything is done from the fill hole. It was quite a laborious process. The largest time consumed was prepping the tank.
