brother wiring is intact, and yes in some parts it was cuted down according to my car. pumps, axles are not included in it, engine with stock turbo and lcd gear box with wiring and ecu are included.
brother I didnt check the mileage at that time, but as I hear from others that if turbo is not pushed till than it give good mileage, but such a beast is under hood and one dont push it 
I was unlucky in it and didnt had any fun.
it can be fitted in 88 corolla easily, just have to make right axles for it...
