Fluid quantity for GLI auto transmission oil change

Recently I got changed transmission oil of GLI auto 2016 model from Toyota authorized dealership. They poured 3 liter ATF IV whereas owners manual says 5.6 liters fluid quantity for the auto transmission. The car has started vibrating in the 4th gear after the oil change. Checked from other dealership they say the oil level is okay, no need to pour more oil but are clueless about vibration from the transmission. Can anyone guide please.

Alhamdulillah problem gone. Just removing the level guage couple of times and putting it back solved the issue. May be some hauydralic pressure built up in the transmission was causing vibration.

Good to know issue solved.
As for the quantity 5.6 liter is the total quantity out of which all is not drained when only do a simple oil change and not a oil flush. Oil flush would be removing the pan etc and even then some fluid still remains inside the transmission so dont worry about the 3liter
