Flaw in Pakwheels car Inspection

there is a serious flaw in pakwheels' inspection which non of their agents have been able to explain.

there are cars with very less mileage but their tire condition has been rated poor.

Pakwheel need to be neutral in explaining this rather than just defending the seller.

@Gypsy that's a blanket statement sir, please explain what do you mean by that.
What we learned from owners' manual and through this forum the Tyre change is always due after 35000kms or if the manufacturing date over installed tyres is older then 3 years.

as in over the odometer ?? Odometer tempering is a very common fraud across Pakistan owner / dealer are hand in glove for such crimes.

somehow u r right, they sometimes rate very differently.
they degrade the condition on scratches which is very common. and more so they dont check some important aspect that is suspension related.
they r more concerned about exterior body only
