Dunlop are without a doubt better tires than Linglong tires, however, only get the genuine dunlop tires from official distributor, but if you're getting the smuggled ones, then it's better to get the Chinese tires rather than getting the smuggled ones.
Overall, both of these tires are not that good in terms of quiet and comfort driving with good road grip being hard and noisy tires but this is the compromise you have to make if you're on tight budget.
