Today I visited them. The mechanic there did good job. The tappet adjustments and throttle cleaning was done. They look to be trained mechanics and knowledgeable people.
In other workshops I don't get mechanics of good calibre.

sir how was the experience and how much did they charge for general tuning and throttle body service?

Its quite an old story now. First of all they look at you like you are not in with a HONDA car rather with HONDA bike of last century.
Their computer does not work with 99 model because new software does not have the old car checkup in it. They charged like 2500 at that time for general service and tuning.
Yes i said in the main post that mechanic was good. He himself volunteered to take up the job. And did good job but the computer system did not check the car it was all manual as he knew the work. And in the end these mechanics do work outside too so it is a chance for them to get a customer for outside workshop too.
For new car i have never visited outside mechanics as they don't work in professional way. So basically it depends on whether you have new or old car. If new then go to Honda, if old don't go there but you should know good mechanic and also also whether he is suggested genuine solution or doing do numberi. (Arshad mechanic in G-9 market near post office is good. he does not give wrong suggestions)

Whatever the mechanic say about kabli, its absolutely wrong to put them in, they just are old parts from old cars in local market and you get the trouble within 4 5 months again.
