Engine Oil decreasing in AE101 , 4AFE

AOA Guys
My brother has a Corolla 1999 GL. About a year ago he got its engine replaced with 4AFE, 1600cc Manual.
using engine oil : Petron 10W40 Regularly.
From past few months we noticed that when we get the engine oil changed, the old is less in quantity. Last time the total oil that came out was less then 1 lit.
Today I checked the ODO meter and it has 3800KM since the last oil replacement. But the oil is not showing on the gauge , just a drop at lower tip.
Now I have noticed that there is no leaks under the car, No smoke, No sludge or milky goo on Engine cap, No oil in radiator and also not decreasing the water in radiator.
The car not showing any problem or abnormal sound in engine during running and also no check or oil light in meter.

SO kindly guide me what could be the issue ?

It's this small valve connected to pipe.To check it
First remove it from pipe and valve cover and wiggle it if u hear rattling noise then it's ok otherwise not.After that connect it back to pipe without inserting into valve cover and start engine it should have great suction.Check suction by placing ur finger on it.Also check it's rubber on valve cover for any cracks.And it's pipe also.
Also I think the oil u r using is 10w30 not 10w40.
10w40 is better for old engines.If still issue persists then use switch to 20w50.

Today I checked the PCV valve. So upon wiggle the valve is rattling like there is ball inside it moving freely. Also checked the suction and it also good. No visible leaks in rubber seal or pipe.

So What is the next step ?

Compression test, it will tell the state of valves and ring pistons ..

can you guide from where I can get the compression test in Rawalpindi or Islamabad

20w-50 is not for efi technology engines as per this forum you can visit danyal saheb @dani_kk for your problem and drop by his work place.
