Legally, a learner is not allowed on any of the highways or even busy roads. A learner permits you to drive on non busy roads under experienced driver supervision. but you what happens here

According to this CTP Rwp website you can drive with a person duly licensed to drive a vehicle.

But it is not clear from CTP website that if driving is allowed on motorways as well with learner license.
