I need some information regarding Pakistani driving license, Can i convert my motor car driving license into LTV driving license?

Nope. There is difference between motor car and LTV license. I think, LTV is for commercial category.

LTV for wagon, hiace, land cruiser, shahzor, and light loaded vehicle's

LTV is Light Transport Vehicle which includes cars.
HTV is Heavy Transport Vehicle which is bus/truck etc....

Yes, motorcar/motorcycle license is different from LTV licence which is meant to drive small commercial vehicles like wagon, pickup, and small truck

Yes, you are right.
I have previously owned FAW V2 and Passo, and now own Vitz.
All 03 contain class of vehicle as LTV.

I think, driving license category as LTV (as mentioned on driving license) is different from class of vehicle as LTV (as mentioned on Islamabad excise car registration card). These are 2 different things.
