Does pak suzuki wagon r 2017/18 have any immobilizer in it ?? I mean i usually park my car outised my flat . So i want to minimize chances of theft..i am planning to buy this car but i do not think any insurance will cover theft..even if they do it will be very expenisve so i want to use cheap gadgets like choor switch(but do not wanna damage new car wiring) or any other tyre lock or immobiliser or loud alarms? Kindly give me any idea howa i can scure my car cheaply while parking outisde in street daily ? Wagon r alarms sound is very low , how it can be increased ? Any good insurance company and approxinate rates ?? Effective desi methods to secure wagon r while parking in street outside flat ??

insurance is solution for all your worries. immobilizer equipped cars can be difficult (not impossible) to steal but can be snatched easily - as the trend says. with insurance, you will get coverage of theft+snatching+accidental which is a full comprehensive coverage. Of course theft is covered by reputed insurance companies.

You can buy different locks, like steering lock, clutch / brake and steering lock, etc.

Brother the good and reputed insurance companies are not that cheap, and cheap insurance companies can prove real headache.

Rest, Adam Jee and Jubilee insurance are reputed companies.

Fellow member @abid110 can guide best and further regarding insurance companies.

Thanx a lot sir..can you guid any desi methods like steering lock or loud alarms..as after continuous consultation here i yesterday bought a wagon r 2018 model which method can prove most effective other than insurance in wagon r ..now i need to secure it while parking outside in street in lahore ?

Means now periodic maintenance is due
Coolant, brake oil, gear oil, spark plugs
These all needs to be changed (if spark plugs are replaced then don't replace these)
Also get throttle body cleaned
Will share details later
Secondly, please make sure that correct grade oil is being poured in Your car
0w20 fully synthetic is highly recommended
In case you are reluctant, you can go with 5w30 fully synthetic
Don't go beyond that
