Does k seal coolant leak repair work

Dear brothers

I had Complete overhaul of engine last year june and headgasket was also changed that time this gave new life to my car as it was working fine until few days back I noticed that my headgasket again blew up as I noticed water in oil. My Civic 2000 vti was never overheated and temperature gauge was always below on on half now I don't want to open engine again can I use k seal coolant/gasket liquid sealer does it work ?

I am loosing plenty of coolant even in few minutes drive & my oil level has increased a lot.

No other way. You have to change the head gasket.
Find the cause why it's blowing up.

Coolant leaks relate to minor issues on the external parts i.e: weak hoses/clamps, hidden cracks in the radiator itself and these are temporary solutions slightly better than useless.

Brother could a bad IACv cause gasket leak? Also is there anything else which can cause water in oil in Honda Civic 2000 models

No iacv is a sensor cannot cause that.
Overheating is the major cause of blowing up head gasket.

Ok brother than I will try to find the cause this time properly. Does a direct fan in Honda Civic 2000 cause heating issue?
Does using normal fresh water instead of green coolant cause problems?
Also how much coolant a normal car should reduce if it's not being driven and just parked for let's say a a month.

Your car should got auto fan with thermostat install or it will not work right. And should use coolant otherwise pipes will get rusted.
There will be little to nothing drop in reserver bottle.

Is the block deck corroded?

Did your mechanic use a paper gasket with glue and applied low torque to the bolts because of the corrossion?

Brother My head was faced fully last time when it was opened all valves, seals, rings etc were changed
He didn't torqued head bolts & he used paper gasket and avoided using metal gasket ( was it right decision to use paper gasket with some sealer?)...
But after last overhaul my car was very powerful and speed & pick-up was great as previous to this overhaul car speed wasn't going above 40 with full race. Although after overhaul I had a bad idling issue due to faulty IACv since 3 months but I was managing this issue few days back I found water in engine oil as my engine oil level increased & coolant level dropped so I am guessing my gasket is blown again but during running I never felt car being overheated I am sure the gasket blown reason is something else.
May be I used normal water instead of coolant ? Or may be last mechanic didn't tighten head bolts properly or something else
