Yes, afterwards it lowered temperature from 32c in room to 26.1c in just 1 hour
Then its good.we have TCL in bedroom and its 3rd years. i just wash its air filter mesh and nothing else.was thinking to give it a good thorough wash too. Because dust does impact on its performance.
Yes dust and debris clogs the evaporator and also reduces blower air throw. Washing indoor unit significantly improves performance just like new air conditioner. My haier DC inverter 1 ton AC is 2018 model and it's first time that I have cleaned it like this myself
Dismantling indoor unit cover is very easy while evaporator still hanging with the wall. It's good diy work rather than calling AC service guy against high service charges for same job
Dont forget the condensing coils, if they are clogged with dirt, heat exhange goes to hell.

The outdoor is under a roof shade and over the cantilever beam above window while I was washing it while on a ladder so the place was surrounded such like birds don't come often even outdoor unit was saved from bird droppings and comparatively clean
