Cultus shake at 2nd gear when picking up from and heavy

What does it mean when car starts shaking in second gear and heavy have to give more rpm to move? From dead stop.

Furthermore when driving feeling vibration in foots have checked axle and all related things all good. Need advice what could it will be

This is mostly caused by bent axle rod or bad inner cv joints. Rest you can check mounts of engine and gear.

As only mount left to check. As alreayd change clutch presure bearing all. Axle alreaady check they are fine.
