Recently my car has been having no start condition in the morning cold. There is no spark from the coil.
The battery is new, have had the coil checked and current but no issue found there. The electrician said that the ignition pick up coil inside distributor is faulty as sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Can any experienced pakwheeler guide me that from where I may get a replacement ignition pickup coil and whether new is available or will have to get used one?

Car doesnt take crank or it does crank but doesnt start?

Does Check eng light come up at key On position?

The car cranks just fine but does not start.
Check engine light always comes up at Key On position but once engine is started and running it turns off, however now the engine doesn't start as there is no spark coming from the ignition coil. Also checked with spare working ignition coil but still no spark, hence I believe it's the issue with pickup coil inside the distributor.

Please check all the fuses in the fuse box

I had this issue with mehran....it cranked but never start....a taxi driver told me to change a fuse that ignites the engine....i dont know its name lol... someone here may tell the exct name.......pls check all the fuses conditions atleast for now.

distributor ka 2 wire wala connector. open it. clean it. tug the wires, see if any wire is damaged, try again.

if all else fails, the whole distributor is 2-3k

Brother the whole distributor is above 7k in Islamabad. I've had the connector cleaned and checked for continuity from both ends.

@margallar I have had the distributor replaced with working one from mechanic to test but having same issue of starting in the morning, car starts perfectly in the afternoon time, only the morning cold time it has no spark issue.
One thing I noticed is that when the radiator fan turns on or the heater fan is turned on when car is in Idle then the engine RPM drops to 100-300 RPM and engine begins to sputter and misfire like as if the ignition system is getting starved of current and is intermittently turning on and off. The engine almost stalls but doesn't turn off.
Could it be a bad ground issue ?

check battery negative terminal, it has multiple wires, one goes to the gear box and other is connected to body, right beside the battery

the distributor has a ground connected to it or right under it, the other end of that ground wire goes to the firewall, near the chassis number plate, see if these grounds are connected

All ground are connected properly, including the distributor ground. Also the engine cranks very fast so the main Engine ground seems ok. The main body ground nut right next to battery is a bit rusted, I'll remove it and replace with new one soon. Also can Chor switch system or alarm system cause a drop in current as I have both of those installed in the car?

@margallar the distributor is generally grounded with the engine, however there is thinner guage wire with clip in the middle going from firewall to the distributor mounting plate. The engine runs even if this wire is disconnected.

@uzeemujeeb I will surely look into this, also I have few spare 30 amp relays on hand, I'm planning to connect them in series to the activation circuit of chor switch so that maximum current is allowed when chor switch is activated.
