CSD Leased Car Registration Problem

Sir I have purchased a car Alto 658cc from CSD and paid 70 advance. Suzuki company send me invoice and sales certificate that suzuki sold this car to CSD. CSD manager gave me a certificate for Excise and Taxation dept to joint register this car on CSD and on my name. but Excise and taxation dept clerk and inspector said me. we dont know this certificate. we only see invoice and sale certificate by suzuki company. clerk said that you have to give 1 lakh for transfer fee + normal registration charges also. CSD officials said we cant do any thing. what should I do? Help me urgent.

Is CSD a new leasing company?
How they not making it registered under HPA?
In this scenario any one can pay the fee, and get the car registered on his name only and once he gets the file back, can sell the car in market.

CSD will not have any proof to claim.

You need to ask issue from excise office

They have to mark lien in favour of CSD or HPA with CSD .

This seems more of lease case. You also need to talk to some senior management of CSD and ask how people are getting it registered. You may not have option but to register alongwith tax amount as it will be treated as second transfer
