this is 1983 model

for those who think there was never a corolla levin convertible,, here is proof.

doesn't this look like a hard to soft convert. could be wrong, but doesn't look professionally done. may be cause of the bad state it is in.

and why would anyone put extermely rare for a converted car,, this is rare stuff all rusted but rare

Rare, yes, but extremely troublesome to drive and maintain, IMO.

these were done by a company in the US, for Toyota. Sold via the dealerships. Toyota never built them themselves. Truely a rare car to find now days.

No more then $800 if that.

Levin was never imported to US market.
These are regular SR5 hardtop's converted by a coach builder sold through few select dealers mainly CA/FL and New England.

Soft-top will cost you around $1500 custom made.

BTW these cars are/were very relaible.

This car is just like any other 1982-1983 Toyota Corolla.
Converting it to stick shift is very easy and cheap.

you'll have to source out

1, paddle assembly (junk yard or ebay)

2, Manual Trasnmission (junk yard or ebay)

3, Clutch for it. (auto parts store)

4, Clutch mater (auto parts store)

5, Clutch lines (auto parts store)
