I recently purchased Gli Auto. After driving it for a while I noticed that car bounces a lot on bumps. It feels like a roller coster ride if it moves over bumps in slow speed. Is it suspension issue or it is supposed to be that way?

I did. No improvement.

Your Tire pressure should be

Front 28
Rear. 28

Some road side tire walas dont understand about units on gauges.

It is better to check it from some digital machine
Or
Some other tyre shop wala

Never inflate you tyre more than 28 psi in Pakiatan

You can also use
Front 26
Rear 26

No issue

Better replace the general tyres with michllen

Best tyres i have ever experience

No road noise and very soft

They absorbs bumps and increase your car suspension life

I installed them on my Gli 1.6 at 2012 when its 50000km driven now my car is 120000 km driven still suspension is just like new.

Tyres are also fine
Although they are 6-7k costly than others but have double life so infact they are saving your money

One thing always buy michllen made in uk

Is your car on stock rims and tyres or there are alloys fitted? If wheels are aftermarket, it could very well be due to tyre size, wheel width and offset.
If your rims are stock then you may have a problematic shock absorber. 2015 model cars had rear suspension issues, replaceable under warranty.

The car is almost new so there is no suspension issue better to not mess with it. If your car is driven around or more than 40000km and still did'nt replaced tyres I would suggest you to change it to some soft tyres like michelin xm2 or advan db etc..Hope so issue will be resolved

same problem with my gli got is last week .... changed the tires as well ... waiting for 1000kms checkup will complain the dealer about this issue

Go to toyota 3s and undergo suspension test they'll tell you if its working normally or not..They have computerised technology to check it.

Are you guys talking about the rear being stiff? If yes, that is a real issue ... the rear suspension is so stiff it kind of bounces ... didnt have this issue in my older (1 gen earlier corolla). I am hoping it will get better with use.
