Bro changing the ac vents will be an extremely hectic process. I don't know about changing the speed o meter
Its only chaging vents, vents ke pichay wala.hissa b chnage hota hai, what i think is you have to get the whole lower part

If you really care that much about it, sell your car and buy the one you want.

You wont get separate pieces just because the car is new and parts itnay hain nai Sultan Ka Khoo mein you will have to buy a complete dashboard with meter included and that gonna cost you a lot
