@akusurge.drc since you have already reaplced the crank with a sazgar crank, so I assume the storke is increased, my first question would be did you used the equalant height cylinder or did you used extra padding under the geniune (may be new) cylinder.
Increase in stroke will provide u more torque hence better launch but will not increase top speed, Honda CG125 / CG Deluxe in stock condition nicely tuned can hit a 115kmh and can maintain 90kmh constantly on long tours without any permamnat damage.
If you want to increase top speed along with better pick up you will need to have 60+ any mm piston atleast along with the stroke. the current set up u have is not effiecient nor long life one.
right now basically ur engine has too much high oil pressure and probbably rings are losing comperrsion too becuase the compression ratio has been changed..
chcek the engine breather pipe u will see it would be slimy if not soaked in oil and also shove your finger in exuast port you will find oily carbon instead of dry carbon indicating oil being burnt too..
I am not sure if u can do what u want with stock engine better try finding a chinese chewed up old engine and rebuild it with a big bore (223cc) kit becuase those chinese engines already have bells and whistles to accomodate larger big bore stuff..
