Consumption of Toyota Tundra

Aoa all . I noticed that day by day more and more tundra,s are for sale on pakwheels . I like that truck just wanted to know whats the fuel consumption of it in daily driving or driving 3 days in a week . The 5.7 Crewmax one . I dont like to floor all day long so wanted to know . If we compare it with 2007 grand or lx470 ?

Don't know about Grand or LX consumption, but have roamed around in a Crewmax for a whole day and the day's end average was 7km/L as per the on board computer.

I seriously doubt 7 km/l for a 5.7l fuel thirsty beast.
RR sport gives around 4km/l.
And lx470 gives around 6-6.5km/l.

A 5.7 Tundra will do between 11 and 19 miles per US gallon most of the time, which is just a little better than an LX470 which ranges between 10 and 17 mpg.

mostly because of its giant differential in the back - 4.3:1 (10.5 inches) - looks more like a tractor differential.

IMO dont buy it in Pakistan its just a waste of space as it does not have a quality feel in the first place, it looks stupid too and is usually more thirsty than a camel after a desert trip. Not to mention that all spares would need to come from US - as its built there - with nearly no japanese pieces

my brother owns a sequoia and he told he within city it gives around 2 to 3 kmpl and on long if u put it on cruise @ 120 it gives around 7 to 8

its an excellent buy but its pretty hard to drive it on our roads no parking space no turning space over all its a weekend truck for wide roads.

LOL! I see, simple arithmetic may be a problem then.

The consumption of a 5.7 Tundra is about 4.6 km per litre in the city and about 8 km per liter on the highway.

Is that more understandable?
