Clutch and Pressure plates changed CG 125 2011

A.O.A PW members i have 2011 CG recently changed the clutch plates and pressure plates (Orignal Bought from Honda City Muree Raod RWP.)
after changing the pressure and clutch plates my bike is excellent in pik and excelration. but i noticed a strange sound coming out of clutch side of engine..it not too loud ..its like some baring is producing this sound..

Kindly help me coz its really teasing after spending a handsome amount on original parts i got this sound..rates of parts

Clutch Plates Honda City Murree Raod near Shah Ki Talyan Rs. 2250/-
Pressure Plates Mohammadi Autos Murree Raod Rs. 450/-
Labor charges.

There is a small bearing in clutch box. The sound you mentioned is usually of this bearing. Faced this problem a few months ago in my brothers Hero 70. but not sure if its the same case with Honda 125. Hope your problem gets solved easily and quickly. Take care.

Thanks..yes i saw a baring when side was open ustad ne usko wash b kea tha ptrol se i think that part is noisy.

I guess your route is mostly Murree Rd and with all that Metro crap but still............. :S

What was the situation prior to replacement ?

yes my route is muree raod i think u r right maine kuch jaldi change kr di q k bike bht vibs or top gear mai b bht shor tha..i am not a racer normal chalata hon pr smooth bike na ho tu tension ho jati hy.

Well i suppose that particular bearing can be faulty. You can visit that mechanic who has done the work on your bike. Tell him the situation. First he will suggest you that with usage bearing will be okay. Ask him to replace it.

Is the vibration and shor gone after replacement, if not better get your pushrods checked

nice thread and great info about pushrod i am lookign forward to buy orignal and will replace them in few days i noticed after 4 days use of new plates now biking is quite as compare to previous sound but i think its difficult to keep ur cg quite after 2 or 3 years as new.

Anmol peeps cant even properly tune bikes.I bought my CD from anmol but stopped visiting them for tuning as they were unable to tune it properly.Good mechanics have already left the shop.I now reside in Bahria town,it is difficult for me to visit Honda anteena center on muree road for tuning but their tune ups are excellent.

@ awaiz43, there is a mechanic near Waris Khan Police station named Irfan. Coming from Murree road crossing the waris Khan police station on your right side, after 3 or 4 shops you will find his shop. he is a good mechanic especially of Honda 125, as per my experience. Hope this helps.
