Civic Reborn(8th gen) 2010 making weird sounds

I upgraded from civic 7th gen to 8th just a month back and loved the car but there are some issues in it but the one I found the weirdest is when I accelerate just a bit rapidly it used to make a weird sound. After getting it check from a few mechanics I couldn't be sure of what the issue was so I thought of getting it checked from a family friend who has a car repair shop in Gujranwala but he and my mamoos assired me that it was nothing. But today as I came back I was pissed AF to hear that sound all the way from Gujranwala to Islamabad. Now the condition just got a whole lot worse I can't explain what the sound is but you can watch the video and tell me what the issue is. It would be a grwat help if someone explained

P.S: I would also like to add that the gear isgood when driving on low speeds but it gets hard to put it in 4-5 gear when going in a bit faster speed like 80 or above.

Difficult to tell from the video, all I hear is engine noise.

From how you describe it it could be mounts.

Put your car's hand brake on. Then have someone start the car while you look at the engine. It should not move much. Then put your car in first gear and reverse gear and look for movement in engine. It should not move much. Then put your car in gear and accelerate a little (with brakes on) look for movement.

If this method fails then lift of one side from front in such a way that the wheel is not touching the ground. With parking brake on, put your car in gear and accelerate slightly and see where the sound is coming from.

Get Engine Mount + Tensioner checked.. Had a same issue in my car (weird sound when starting or accelerating ). Ended up replacing both Engine Mount + Tensioner and the sound went away.

I am more skeptical about the tensioner.
What kind of sound were you facing ?
