Check engine light on after car wash

Hey guys,

I had my car serviced i made a mistake and didnt tell them not to wash the engine.

After a while when i was parked. Lights on my dashboard started going onand off and the key light (green color) started showing. I unplugged the battery and it got fixed. But today the check engine light is on and it wont go off. And there is a werid sound from the radiator fan.

Anyone has any experience with this??

I would suggest to have your vehicle inspected from some good garage, for noises coming from the radiator, and / or any other issues.

Your vehicle also needs to be scanned for any / all fault codes, so that necessary actions be taken accordingly.

I did get the car scanned it showed me the errors in the screenshot. Any idea how to get it fixed?
