So where's the cheapest land in pakistan? Land that is not usable for residential, commercial, industrial or even agricultural purposes? "gher abad" land.

for like a vacation place.....but I don't need any water, gas or even electricity access, nor do I need agricultural potential. Just cheap land with some road access and not too much of a security issue...
The grave yard land is cheap as once I paid 2000 for a grave back in 2006.
There was no requirement of utilities.

In Rajanpur side the land is so cheap. Do research may be you get much more than desired in your budget

I mean I can't really talk to an agent and ask what's the cheapest land he can get me.....he obviously has to make a commission, so it's not in his interest to find cheap land for me...
Best place is south punjab area...DI khan DG khan or Sindh but you sould have support of local waddra to support you in few ways.
But its hot climate area so not much fun.. secondly if its nehri land it faces flood every year
so how do I talk to the dealer? I mean do u know him personally or....?
also, is it like residential or industrial land ? cuz I would prefer industrial if its in gwadar, cuz it might work as a long term investment as well...
