I'm thinking of buying a Daihatsu Charade 4-Door (1987-88) OR Toyota Starlet 4-Door.I need your suggestions to help me to decide which car i should buy.Easily available and cheap Spare parts play a major role in my decision.Also, i would be really gratefull if you pakwheels members could tell me the specific prices of the Starlet and Charade.

Go for charade deisel turbo its better than starlet........charades drive is very good(but havnt driven a starlet).....dont know about the exact price but it will be less than 1.5 Lac (best condition charade)

well i cant decide b/w the 2 but as i have a starlet 1986 nodel and i have it since 1986. its a good and reliable car. it runs perfect. quite economical, light and parts r cheap too. its abit expensive then charade. also TOYOTA IS TOYOTA.

I've found a Starlet which already has a 1.6 GLI 16V Engine (4A-FE) equipped with ZEX Spark plugs, Racing Sports Air intake,Sports Muffer with large diameter Downpipe, Good Sound system (CD Player+Amplifier+Woofer+2 speakers), Mild body kits, and 14" Alloy Rims with 185 Goodyear tyres.
The only Disadvantage is that its not in original condition, its Repainted.

The Guy is asking for RS:2,50,000.Wat do you guys think? Should i buy it or not?

yaar getting this car in 250 is not a bad deal at all....is it a karachi no or else???....just check the engine and body condition ...check out the engine was not wear out and body was not rusted...if car was in good condition so yaar get it...its not bad at all in 250K.....

Hey Dude ,

go for charade but put starlet engine in it !! it will rock ur ride man !!! recenlty i install a starlet engine in charade and its damn fast !!! 135bhp on stock engine of starlet !!! and if u put some more mod it will rock it baby !!

Whichever car u buy, the thing to watch for is your "Gut" feeling, if you get an OK signal then get it checked by a mechanic and BARGAIN this will help you save money which in turn you can spend on the car.

For Approximately, How much money can i get a Daihatsu Charade 4-door (1987-88) in excellent condition, like the one in the pic.If its for (RS:1,50,000-1,90,000), then maybe i consider buying it instead of the starlet.The reason why i'm not willing to pay more for it is because my Budget is RS:2,60,000., and i need the remaining money for an Engine swap, proformance upgrades, and Sound System.

Dear Guys, I will prefer Startlet upon Charade, If I want to use a Sports Car, But the condition in used car is a Must to see element. Starlet ofcourse is more Sporty n Powerful Due to TOYOTA TRD Spirit,(H)
