Changing Tyre Profile from 185 60 15 to 185 65 15

I have a Swift 2011 .. and i changed the tyre profile from 185 60 15 to 185 65 15 .. The cars height has increased a bit in terms of ground clearance .. Would it also effect the braking as well ?

I ma using the same profile for over a year now without any problem.

Technically, car's height will be raised, but since center of balance is higher, the car would be harder to handle.braking won't be affected nor acceleration, however, your car will corner slower and may roll.

"the car would be harder to handle" seriously? By increasing 5mm your making car unstable?

Theoretically, yes.

Your car gets higher, so the center of gravity is also higher. In high speed turnin situations, your car may wobble, but that also depends on your shocks.

The handling is same .. the tyres are new so I checked the car on the motorway while coming to lahore .. Went to 160 without any problems or wobling so overall nice ...There is a vibration sound somewhere between the left door and dash board some where andit kept going on ..through the motorway .. very irritating .. I have sound dampning already in the doors ... Any one knows some one good i can go to in lahore to get it checked

open the left door, rub talcum powder over the rubber linings of door. rattling noise it will go away

So your saying 5mm effects handling, grip, ruin aerodynamics etc etc.Hmmm Have you ever tried different profile's on same car? With lifted height and dropped height?

It seems the noise only comes at high speeds on motorways or above 100

Got it checked from Faisal town .. found out that a screw was loose from the speakers and 3 clips were missing from the door panel .. for the time being there is no noise .. Will go to islamabad on 6th Insha Allah .. hope the problem is solved

What is the original tire size on this car that came factory fitter ? Was it 185 / 60 / 15 ? Going to 65 / 15 will increase error margin of around 3.6 Km per hr on speedometer when car is going at 120

Manufacturers spend money and test different tire sizes and find the size perfect for the stock car. By perfect size, i mean the size that gives best overall handling, grip, acceleration and fuel economy. So by increasing tire profile, the car will be better for:
Speed breakers
Comfort

But:
Sharp turns at high speeds will cayse car to wobble a bit.

It depends upon height! Either it's increased by lifting shock or by increasing wheel profile do you know 90% of cars are lifted even new indus corolla's are adjusted according to pakistani roads.
