I recently changed my Honda Civic EXI (2005) car steering to am Electric Steering. Existing one was making lots of noises and there was always leakage in Power Pump. And no power pump I changed could last more than a year.
Now with new electric steering, there's no sound/noise, no leakage
BUT still there are problems
- It's hard when I turn left even when car is extremely slow or taking U-turn.
- After completing U-turn on the right, steering doesn't came back to normal centered position automatically.
- Very hard on both sides when car is running at speed. It's not easy to change lanes.
- Only works good turning right when I am slow or taking a U-Turn (it's actually sublime at this and moves back to center automatically as well).

- Any one has similar experience with this?
- Can this be any better?
- Who is the best mechanic in Islamabad who deals in power steering?
