Chanar Bagh Society, Raiwind Road

i have visited chanar bagh bagh society, and opposite to claims this society has same amount of "Gray" plots as that of behriya or lake city or any other society ....
good points in noted was Gas feeders being installed , new road construction n families are living inside society ...

i am gona buy a plot over there ....any reviews , suggestions or important points r welcomed ....
there i am getting 1 kanal for 3.5 mil pkr

Well my Khala lives there and they bought a 1 kanal plot for 1.6m around 2 years back .
the society is fine plus the raiwind road is also being constructed and you might also be aware that RING ROAD /BUND road (dont know exactly) is also going to meet on raiwind road ADDA PLOT

yeah that ws interesting i noticed, though this society has less " show shaw" than adjoining lake city n others but it has more no of ppl actually living there ....

I am planning to buy Cultus brand new Car but I am a bit trapped in between Cultus and Wagon R, No doubt they both are different vehicles. Personally I am more declined to Cultus, only thing I want to ask, does EPS alteration goes well with Cultus ?

I read the news today about Chinar Bagh Extension scheme n the non-extension house n commercial plots are available on easy installments!! I am planning to go for it! any advise

20,000 per month for 5 marlas plot
40,000 per month for commercial 2 marlas plot
60,000 per month for commercial 4 marlas plot

however they didnt mention the Down payment, number of installments etc etc!!
