ok guys story runs like this, that i was unable to get my bike washed serviced for like a year or so due to my busy schedule, just getting oil change i am good to go, halka phulka kapra laga lia kafi hai, once i asked my office car washer k mere bike wash karne k kitne paise lo ***, tu wo bola k 50 rs, i told him i will give you 80 but first check bike, he went outside checked bike and refused to wash it, his opinion was " sir ji bohat tail grease laga hai wo saaf nahi ho ga tu mein nahi karon ga" ok ji good, few days later i went to service station and same happened there, i told chota to service ma ride and he looked at my puppy like and i said thats it, before he would have said a word mein ne lanat bheje uss service station par and got onto bike and reach home. so guys iss may day ko faisla hova bike ki service karna ka ghar par and i stripped her to her backbone and then she had shower and damn she looks preety, polish karne reh gaye wo kal karon ga, here are few pics

stripped and engine cleaning with petrol under way

another view of garage and WIP

engine washed and placed aside, now its bike turn

washed and ready to put every thig back

washed and completely re assembled and started

thanks, as a matter of fact i found this sorta cleaning much easier, yes took like extra three hours but from cleaning point of view all hard to access spots were reached easily and nicely cleaned after all how difficult it is to dis assemble and re assemble a seventy cc bike.
and yes for sure will polish tomorrow would have done it today but gotta go to university.

nothing special infact, dad bought it way back brand new, its a 1985 new body line and all stock in perfect running condition

^^
confusing ho gaya na, 4 stroke bike ki washing 2 stroke thread mein post kar k iss k 2 stroke save karon ya vespa post karon 2 stroke thread mein :stuck_out_tongue:

good safai sutrayi..

but service station walay banda ko daik ka and samaj ka faisla karthay hai.. anyhow its good its clean now...

Kia baat hai
Yes training hamain bhi karwain je take ham bhi es tarha he washing kar sakain

Very good cleaning, indeed

thanks lala ji, it was long over due, all servicing she was having was from rain for some time, i use to park her in open area of garage during rain and tuck in vespa and car under covered portion of garage

Thanks, no special training needed bro, only dedicated tool in complete process is 8mm T spanner to open side cover, rest it all pretty straight forward, engine itself is on two 13mm long bolts bolted to the backbone and one electrical grip and you are good to go, its very light too i guess no more than 7-8kg.

thanks bro

that was easy bro, done it for the second time:D

Thanks
Khual to jae ga par phir jurna nahin hai

lolz, trust me, one cant fail at this this thing at least, herez all what is needed to be done
* un lock the chain and remove it
* remove clutch and throttle cable
* remove cylincer from head, 2 bolts wo ho gaye and one nut for cylincer rear bracket
* one wiring grip under right side body cover
* and two nuts that hold the engine to backbone and it will drop down

nothing that can go wrong at all :stuck_out_tongue:
