I have come to know that my catalytic converter is stolen.... I am confused that which is best for my corolla 2016 end model...

Chinese or Japanese...

If you need to replace your catalytic converter for your 2016 Corolla, it's best to choose one made in Japan. They might be a bit more expensive, but they're known to be better quality and work well with your car. Chinese ones might be cheaper, but they might not work as well or last as long.

procedure to fire up a new catalytic converter.

1 pre - requisites.
Make sure engine has been corrected and fixed of all previous problems that caused failure of cat, e.g. misfire
make sure the unit is installed with no leaks.
Make sure the pre and post cat sensors are reliable (not weak or sending false info)

2 startup
start engine and hold at ~40%% of max engine speed - (e.g. 2500 rpm on a 6000 rpm redline engine) for about 15 minutes. - This heats up the converter and puffs up the thermal blanket around the core of the converter honeycomb matrix which seals it to the casing and forces all gases to pass through it rather than around it.

This procedure is only done once when a brand new cat converter is installed.

Afghanistan doesnt manufacture any Japanese catalytic converters. - and buying from scrap is hit or miss. It may work perfect or it maybe on its last breath. (check oxygen holding capacity of it with deep level fast baud rate scan tool)

Aftermarket cheap ones are cheap for reasons being that they have less precious metals in them and have a coarser honey comb, meaning less area to work with and less metals to work with. This can mean either shorter life or bad workings while running or both combined.

In a nutshell, you get what you pay for.
