As far as I know, you can book the inspection via Pakwheels website (here is the link: https://www.pakwheels.com/products/pakwheels-inspection and https://www.pakwheels.com/pakwheels-inspection/new ) and then call on their official nos. for confirmation. In fact, they might call you for verification and confirmation. Then you may tell them the whole situation and also ask for online payment. After payment is confirmed, then you may not have to worry. The team will get your contact no. You may patch up with the seller regarding time and date and venue, and tell the Pakwheels the details. They will go there, inspect the car, and after thorough inspection and counter-checking, etc. you will get an SMS with link to the inspection report.
