Seems to be Civic caught fire after being hit by Vigo,the extreme hot weather played a vital role to catch fire.

I was also there when it happened. It was 42C when it happened and I was just a few car lengths behind the whole incident. What happened was that the Civic was rear ended by the Hilux first and then the Hilux caught fire. The fire from the Hilux spread to the Civic and it caught fire too. According to the police, both drivers died at the spot while in the car, probably due to the fact that they couldn't get out in time and burnt to death. This is what the police officer there told me. Due to this accident, there was a traffic jam for 3 hours.

car burnt to bare metal and all this time no fire brigade? The story i have heard is that the civic was over-speeding, it slipped and flipped and caught fire (some say fire-throwing kit was installed), hilux was behind the civic and it hit the civic and caught fire as well.
The driver of civic was a student of foundation university (new lalazar). There were three people in civic. Driver died on spot while other two managed to escape but they got severe degree burns as well. Allah knows best

I also witnessed this crash. It happened just as i was passing. The car was flipped and no fire was to be spotted but bunch of people were jamming the accident site in hope of contributing but instead they were doing the opposite.
The story i heard was the VIGO belonged to MI and the civic was flipped because of an idiotic biker. Vigo hit the civic from behind and caught fire afterwards. A boy who had a leg injury prior to the accident before the accident got stuck and was unable to get out and died while 3 others were severely injured with one of them had over 80% of his body burnt.
Lots of stories floating around but there is an inquiry underway to ascertain what happened and who is responsible, kids in the civic were foundation university students (kid who died had an artificial leg).
Don't know if the biker started it all or not but that said biker was apparently their friend as well and foundation university student.
I've witnessed many accidents at the very same spot because of over-speeding and bad judgement, the road is curved and splitting, one part of it goes straight while the other one tuns left which is the link road for airport.
Yeah I know, I sometimes come back from this route when ISB Exp. Way is jammed up.
