can color blind people can get driving license in Pakistan?? Who can see traffic signals correctly. but fails in Ishihara's Test.

I have seen a born deaf & dumb person get a car licence and he drives a car for last 3 years.

Bhai. I've been driving car for 17 years now... without license.
At any chalaan, all they ask is NIC and make chalaan on it.

With a due respect I think this isn't any achievement that you should be proud off ..
I got my driving license in 2014 , After that I can to know that i have color blindness to some degree . I haven't consultanted any doctor for this . I am unavailable to differentiate between some shades of yellow and red .
I think this will help you abit .

They can get license anywhere in the world. Around the globe, color blindness is a very common phenomena, especially among males.

Most people do not even realize that they are color blind since birth, until they are adult and their gf or wife tells them that their favorite 'blue' shirt is actually a purple shirt!
