Can any one figure out the warning lights in the pic - Toyota AQUA

couple of days ago i was driving and suddenly my car beeps and show the warning light (as shown in pics).. i remove the battery (12volt ) terminal and then reset. warning lights gone. After a week or 2 warning lights again came back. Can any one give me advise or a guess what can be the possible cause. and also can i diagnose it by myself using OBD meter the availabe in market (2000 to 5000 PKR). thanks

First attach OBD merter and get the error code (u can visit any electrition for this service) ... Mine car's hybrid batteries were faulty. I have tried many tweeks like i bought another faulty battery and change the cells of the battery. but nothing worked for me .. at last i sold the car. But dont be disappointed in market old batteries are available and u can get and replace the batter. But first confirm the fault.
During the replacement process i have made some videos and uploaded on youtube.
