Its always better to clean or wash ownself. If you love cars. Because you will do this job with care detailing and also know your car better. Sometimes you will get to know any demage or new dent or any thing happen to your car which you are not aware of. Service station guys dont care about cloth using on the car and leave with beautiful swril marks on your car. Get any pressure washer with less power. To my understanding cleaning car with high pressure is not suitable. If you have good pressure in tap, you can simply get a good garden hose gun and it will done your work perfectly.
Using water less spray washer or quick detailers are just fancy things and spending extra money to my point of view. Avoid dry dusting your car. Micro fibre clothes are useful. For interior cleaning you can get any wet n dry vaccum cleaner. It will do your house work as well. Using blower to clean interior is not really useful to my view because it blows dust to others area of the car. Vaccum cleaner is better than blower.
Btw, after long time once i washed car with regular hose pipe and found it way better than these pressure washers. Idk why.
Washing car from bneath is important also. And lubricant car suspension is also important. Dont wash engine bay ever. Get a simple spray bottle and clean with it. I am keeping extra tooth brush for engine bay detailing because its impossible to clean some area with cloth.
