i HAVE AMERICAN FORMULATION OF AUTO CARE PRODUCTS COMPETITIVE WITH ANY BRAND LIKE FORMULA 1, TURTLE, COSMIC, 3M ETC. MY AIM IS Production of Auto Detailing products that supplies to its customers the best quality product that meets the customer?s needs. Quality will be defined as the right product to meet the customer?s requirements from a car wash to a complete detailing product line.
The purpose of the company will be provide not only quality service, but a livelihood for the car owners .

PARTNERS ARE REQUIRED
TO start the Auto care products business 2 partners will be welcomed with full control and ownership rights.
An investment of Rs 3000000/- (3 LACS) will be invested by each partner.
Formation of Company
The company will be registered as PVT Limited company under Security & Exchange Commition of Pakistan.
As you know the PVT LTD company in Pakistan has 1000 shares in Total.
The company will be Sales Tax Registered
Division of Shares.
1st Partner will possess 300 share (Shares will be registered on Partner's name)
2nd Partner will also possess 300 share (Shares will be registered on Partner's name)
Remaining 400 shares will be registered on my Name
So it means 40% of ownership of company will be mine and other 60% ownership (30%+30%) will be divided among partners.
Security of Finance/Investment
To ensure the security of Partners' Investment and transparent use of funds, the amount will not be demanded in cash at any time.
A single joint account will be opened in a reputed bank having all three partners signatories of that account, which will only be operated when the each partner will sign the check. So every Partner will have control on his investment.

The partner will be selected after a brief interview.

Marketing
The marketing plan will vary from season to season throughout the year. The important issues of the plan include the following items.
a. Development of the website to ensure a presence on the internet.
b. Adds on Pakwheels
c. Join the local chamber of commerce to gain immediate exposure to the businesses in the area.
d. Development of a plan for exploiting the social media tools on the internet and the smart phones in use.
e. Create proper signage, logos, and business cards for use by the company and its employees. (Branding the Business)
f. Develop a plan for monthly or quarterly flyers and promotions. Including the face to face meeting of each auto related business to foster a relationship with each so that they are aware of your business .
g. Advertising mediums should be monitored and controlled to determine success in terms of customer and revenue growth.
Distribution of Funds
Amount will be used as under
15000/- Company Registration Fee
200000/- will be spent on formulation of First Lot of Products.
150000/- for advertisement.
Remaining 235000/- will be on back up in Companies Bank Account
Technology Transfer
Formulas of products will be transferred to each partner*
